Origin
Claivity started in 2023 because we kept watching consultants charge mid-sized businesses for "AI strategy" decks that never made it to the floor.
Our founders — a former plant manager, a COO of a print converter, and an AI engineer who'd shipped systems at scale — paired up to do the thing nobody else seemed willing to: actually build the systems, train the people, and stay until the metrics moved.
Three years in, every engagement is still hands-on. We turn down work we can't measure.
